Using the TrueSizer software provides the most flexibility with our designs and allows you to easily manage them as well.

You do not have to be a Wilcom user to benefit from this GREAT program. It can be used to open almost any Commercial or Home machine format and then export in another format. You can print production sheets with thread assignments.

TrueSizer allows customers to view their logo in actual thread colors in 3D thread simulation. This may be done on a computer in your office or lobby, away from the production area.

TrueSizer is PERFECT for sales people who do not have embroidery software and want to view their embroidery files. This is truly a must have program for anyone in the embroidery industry.

Create Custom Forms in several different formats to meet your needs. You may use these forms to either print paper production sheets, include as part of a quote, or to create catalogs for customers to flip through.

In addition to being able to view and print your design in the TrueView 3D Stitch Simulation, you may also change the color of the background to better represent the garment.

Your designs may be displayed in different thread choices using actual thread colors assigned. A single file may have an unlimited number of ways to color the design. You may need to do this, because the design is colored one way for dark garments and another for light garmments. It may be that the customer would like one color scheme used on Blue and another scheme used on Red.

TrueSizer will allow you to create these color charts and save them all in one single file. They will be available the next time you need to view the design or print a form. There is a large selection of the leading thread manufacturers to chose from. Some that you may chose from are Akermann, Arc, Coats, FuFu, Gunold, Maderia, Pearl Yacht, Robinson Anton, Sulky and there are others.

Open most Commercial and Home embroidery machine files, including EMB, CND, DST, PES and many more.

Then you may export the file in any other format you choose, such as DST, EXP, SEW, PES, HUS and others.
