Today was another busy day on the job. Now that I have had two days working with the digitizers and a few of the machine operators, the results are becoming evident. No one likes change, and often managing the change is a large part of what I must do. The work becomes easier once everyone begins to see for themselves how the change will improve their work life. After work I went out to dinner with Jeff and Donna. It was a great time. We laughed so hard. They have become good friends to me and they have made my time on the road easier. On American Idol last night Jason sung one of may favorites versions of Somewhere Over the Rainbow by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole Although Jason's version could never be as good as Israel's, I have not been able to get the song out of my head since.
