Today was my first day on site at CC Creations and custom shop in College Station Texas. CCC has about 90 heads and the standard issues of any company in a growth spurt. After my initial tour, I met with the owner and his management team to discuss the scope of the next week. Then I spent the majority of the day with the digitizers before ending the day on the production floor. I enjoy consulting projects. I get to see the fruits of my labor as the company uses my techniques to improve their operation. I get to know the employees and they always seem so happy to see me. I learn a lot about what works and what doesn’t and then share this knowledge as I travel the world over. It's very rewarding.
