  • We may provide suggestions within each level, however it is helpful to understand your request in advance.
  • We may provide multiple price quotes based on your requested service level and the design itself.

Bronze Option
Our BRONZE option provides a design that meets industry standards at an economical flat rate. The Bronze option is for projects where the design or the customer has normal demands at a low cost.

Silver Option
Our SILVER option provides moderate to high detail and design standards. The Silver option is for projects where the design or the customer has above the normal detail or demands.

Gold Option
Our GOLD option provides the highest detail and design standards. The Gold option is for projects where the design or the customer is extremely demanding.

Promotional Code Provide the promotional code provided by your buying group or if SSC is running a promotion enter the promotional here.

Need By Date This is the date you need the design by
  • This date is used by SSC for scheduling purposes.
  • Promised turn around times are from the date we receive approval to PROCEED with the design.

Finished Size This is the size you would like the design created for.
  • Provide either the height or the width depending on which one is more critical to your design
  • Just as different building materials and tools are used on structures of different sizes, digitizers use different techniques such as underlay, stitch types and parameters based the size of the design.
  • The design will be tested and proofed at the size specified.
  • Changes after the design is complete may encure additional charges.

Fabric Different fabric types possess different characteristics.
  • Same as Size above, various techniques are used with different fabric types.
    • There are four primary fabric classifications
      • Knit (Pique, Fleece, Jersey, Sweater)
      • Woven (Twill, Denim, Nylon)
      • Natural (Leather)
      • Synthetic (Rubber, Plastic)
    • Within these classifications there are other factors
      • Weight (Light wieght fleece vs heavy fleece)
      • Stability (Stable vs Unstable)
      • Backing (Tear away vs Cut away)
  • It's true some fabrics react the same even though they are from different classifications.
  • Often the needed quality or customer expectations will determine whether an additional design version is required.
  • Usually the cost of an additional design version will cost $25.00

Secondary Fabric Select a Secondary Fabric if you would like a second file provided.
  • If you choose this option a separate quote will be provided.
  • The second qoute will have its own reference number for fture tracking purposes.
  • Usually the cost of an additional design version will cost $25.00

Secondary Use Select a Secondary Use if you would like a second file provided.

  • Usually the cost of an additional design version will cost $25.00

Art Proof Receiving an art proof is a recommended step to reduce communication errors.
  • An art proof will be emailed to you for approval prior to the design being digitized.
  • Art proofs require your approval and may delay the project depending on your ability to respond.
  • If you choose not to have an art proof, additional fees may be assessed if changes or corrections are made after the design is created.
  • This service is not available for Bronze level service.

Stitch Estimates Receiving a Stitch Estimates is not an automatic service and must be requested
  • Stitch estimates are just that, an estimate. SSC shall not be help liable for any cost, loss of business or loss of revenue due to an error in this free service.
  • Customers can often use their library of past designs to make thier own stitch estimate.

General Terms of Agreement Payment
  • New accounts require "Payment" in full prior to production being scheduled. C.O.D. Cash, approved company checks, or credit cards are accepted.
  • Net terms are available with approved credit, and may be suspended at anytime. Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% interest per month and may cause orders to be shipped C.O.D. Cash until the account is current.
  • Each returned check is subject to $20.00 service fee.
Service fees
  • Designs are billed at dollar amount quoted.
  • The minimum fee for any new design is $20.00 for straight line copy using keyboard lettering, $20 for appliqué sew disks and $40 for digitizing.
Editing fees
  • A $25.00 per half hour editing fee will be charged for any portion of a half hour spent editing a design.
  • Designs must be Emailed, provided on 3 1/2" floppy disk or CD ROM.
  • Color sequences, stitch counts and a sew-out swatch would be appreciated.
Art Work Requirements
  • Corel Draw (.CDR) , EPS or Adobe Illustrator (.AI) graphic files are preferred on all digitizing jobs.
  • Camera ready art is acceptable, however an art fee will be incurred.
  • If graphic art is not available, our full service art department will be glad to assist you.
  • Artwork not in a vector format listed above will be billed at $25.00 per half hour for any portion of a half hour spent on art work.
Pre-production Sample
  • Sample swatch will be made for new Silver or Gold orders with paid design charge.
  • Any design changes after the design is done will be charged an additional editing fee.
  • Additional spec samples are available upon request and will be charged $1.25 per thousand stitches; $10 minimum.
Delivery
  • All designs will be shipped via Email at no charge.
  • USPS first class, UPS, FedEx, courier service, or pickup is available; a $3 handling fee plus shipping will be charged for any method of delivery other than via Email.
Rush Service
  • Normal turn around time is 3 working days.
  • Rush service is available if guaranteed delivery dates are required. The additional fees are
    • 25% 2 days
    • 50% Next day
    • 100% Same day
Cancellations
  • Any cost incurred prior to the change or cancellation of an order will be invoiced to the customer. This may include, but not be limited to art services already in progress or revenues lost if production time was blocked and then canceled.
Copyrights
  • Liability for infringement of designs made per customer's art is assumed by the customer.
  • The customer shall provide "proof of right to use" such designs when questioned by a third party.
Production Form
  • A Production Agreement form must be completely filled out and all questions answered prior to production.
  • Either a handwritten or electronic signature or the authorization to PROCEED indicates complete acceptance of information contained on the form.
Art Work Approval
  • Art work proofs are provided upon request for Silver designs, and as a standard service fpr Gold designs.
  • The preproduction art work layout must be approved by either a handwritten, electronic signature or verbal notification indicating complete acceptance of the layout and size.
  • Art work must be approved in ample time to allow for the embroidery design to be completed on schedule.
  • Creation of the embroidery design file will not begin until the art work is approved by the customer.
Disk conversions
  • Conversion of disk will be billed at $5 per file
  • There is a $10.00 minimum fee for disk conversions
Quotes
  • SSC will provide, free of charge a quote for the cost of digitizing.
  • Stitch estimates will be provided when requested by the customer.
  • The estimate is our best guess. Strawberry Stitch Co. cannot be held liable for any difference between the estimate and the actual stitch count.
